Job Description:
Tomlin Knight Auto Service is an automotive repair shop that has been servicing Oshawa and surrounding areas since 1983. We have built our business around integrity, trust, and have excellent working relationships with our customers and employees. We specialize in fleet management as well as repair and maintain all makes and models. Our shop is seeking a motivated, experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Technician to join our team on a permanent and full-time basis.
Requirements:
-Registered 310s Automotive Apprentice
-Valid Ontario ‘G’ License with clean abstract
-Own your own tools
-Ability to work in high paced environment
-Ability to work independently but also collaboratively with other team members
-Ability to communicate in a clear, efficient, and courteous manner
-Ability to operate diagnostic equipment with extreme attention to detail
Responsibilities:
-Diagnose, repair, and perform general vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance to set automotive and shop guidelines and procedures
-Diagnose cause of malfunction utilizing all available resources
-Communicate repair requirements professionally and efficiently to the service advisor
-Adhere to shop safety and environmental practices
-Operate equipment and customer vehicles safely and responsibly

• Driver’s License (required)
• Journeyman Enrollment (required)
