Job Description:

Plasti-Fab® EPS Product Solutions is a leader in the insulation manufacturing industry, producing a variety of building materials such as the Advantage ICF System, Insulspan SIP, GeoSpec® Light weight fill, EIFS, Plasti-Span® and DuroSpan® rigid insulation. Our materials are used in the commercial and residential construction and renovation sectors, for everything from roof insulation to below-grade foundation insulation.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator (Inside Sales Representative) to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside and support sales representatives in their day-to-day operations, providing backup to Customer Service as needed. The role is based in our Ajax office, providing support to the sales group, customers and clients.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide customer quotes using internal quoting system.
• Prepare product detail drawings developed on AutoCAD.
• Reply to general sales inquiries.
• Provide technical assistance to all sales representatives.
• Accurate order entry and order processing.
• Provide on-site technical support for building systems.
• Preparation and maintenance of job files.
• Maintain supply of sales materials.
• Assist with logistics and order scheduling.
• Conduct field measuring and attend job site meetings.
• Check electronic online plan rooms.
• Apply for product alternatives.
• Act as back-up for Customer Service Representative
• Meeting all safety requirements and regulations.
• Ensure a clean work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Detailed oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must have ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
• Previous experience with AutoCAD.
• Understanding scheduling and shipping logistics.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 12 with related job experience required.
• Construction experience an asset.
• Diploma in Civil or Architectural echnology an asset.
• Prior AutoCAD experience.
